“В общем очень понравилось и рекомендую, с одним критичным моментом. Очень удобно расположенный комплекс, квартиры сделаны с умом, хорошо, приятно, чисто, есть все что надо. Парковка очень удобно прямо у дома, очень ценный аспект в Юрмале. Коммуникация сначала до приезда и во время пребывания хорошая. Однако после выезда наш запрос, была ли найдена потерянная нами вещь при уборке, - был напрочь проигнорирован. По принципу - вы выехали, теперь на вас наплевать. Это определено можно улучшить в……

“Our stay at the property was fantastic. It was a unique and individual stay. There was 5 of us there and it had plenty of room for us all. The communication on arrival was fantastic, and the man even informed us it could be noisy which it was but as we were aware of this it wasn’t a problem. I would more than recommend these apartments prime location. The gates downstairs were a little annoying as they on occasion were locked but again we was informed of this and shown the relevant keys etc.……

“Det var som udgangspunkt en fin lejlighed, den ligger ved en stor indfaldsvej, meget trafik især var det frustrerende at motorcykler brugte vejen som racerbane. At bussernes kabler var fastgjort på husmuren så hele lejligheden rystede hver gang en at de busser kørte forbi. Rengøringen lod en del tilbage at ønske - gulvene var beskidte og bruseforhænget var muggen. Selve lejligheden femstod lidt slidt og nusset. ”

“Tolle Lage, aber leider hat das Gebäude großen Renovierungsstau. Das Appartement liegt im Hochparterre (nicht bequem) und hat das kleine Bad auf gleicher Ebene. Küche und Schlafzimmer sind nur durch eine 8 Stufige Innentreppe erreichbar. Fenster sind klein zur Strasse bzw Innenhof, sodass wenig Tageslicht und Ventilation erfolgt. Der Geruch als deutliche Mischung von billigem Putzmittel und Menschlichem empfängt und begleitet den Gast. Alle Möbel, Wäsche, Geschirr, Handtücher sind geprägt von……

“Appartement agréable, le seul point négatif est la vue de l’appartement. En effet celui ci donne dans une arrière cour sombre et qui sert de dépôt à un restaurant voisin sinon tout le test était parfait . ”

“*Good location, apartment very neat, certainly big enough for 2 for a short stay. Bathroom was well resourced, shower with good water pressure. Comfortable bed. Blackout curtains throughout. Nice views from the window of the park. Close to the tram stop. The rest of the building was quiet during mornings and evenings. ”

“Very hot days when we were there. Some fans had been great in the apartment. The entrance is pretty dark in the night so little hard for elderly people to see the stairs. There is some noise from the street in the night and early mornings. ”
