“This is a beautiful property and the proximity to the lake is truly amazing! We loved our stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The space itself is clean and welcoming. I would say that the advertised sofa bed was not very comfortable and would not advise someone to plan their stay with an expectation that someone can sleep comfortably on the couch. ”

After we arrived Brianna came to welcome us and provide some detail about the home. This is a beautiful property, impeccable decor and design with all the amenities plus more. “This was by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was a beautiful home and very well equipped. Everything we could possibly want or need was available plus extra. There were king sized beds, a fireplace with wood, a BBQ, a huge open kitchen, loads of dishes and cooking utensils, spices, condiments, paper products, etc.It was perfect for a family getaway and not far from both Ottawa and ski hills.”

“Overall it was a really good experience for me and my family. It's also good value-for-money and I would stay here again if I'm in the region. Detailed review: We wanted somewhere remote and close to nature for a week and this seemed to fit what we wanted from the posting. We arrived late in the night and had some difficulty locating the house (The host gave me exact coordinates to the door so that one is on me). “Clean, Cozy, Perfect for two!All the essentials can be found in the cabin, just bring your meals and personal items and you are good to go.The sightlines of the cottage are stunning - views of the water, and so private from the rest of the property.Loved it!”

“We had a large bachelor party at Martin's and it was perfect. The pictures do not do this place justice. It's very spacious, clean, and we had no problems with food storage and cooking. The beach and waterfront are amazing!! Martin's communication with me was great, we had everything we needed. Beautiful well stocked kitchen with modern appliances. Tonnes of seating inside and out. Outdoor shower with a spectacular view is a must for everyone!!! Comfortable beds in spacious rooms with spectacular views of the lake. Host responded very quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend!!!!”
