Birthday Trip/Vacation

We loved our stay. The cabin was the perfect size and so cute. The two rooms with king sized beds were huge and comfortable. The room with the bunk was cute and functional. The twin beds are shorter then a normal bed but my 11 year old and 5'3" friend fit perfect. The hot tub was delightful and porch was so inviting. We loved having the washer and dryer and full kitchen. The kitchen is a little short on silverware and plates but we brought disposable items and it worked great. The driveway is steep but not to bad compared to others. Just take your time and you are soon in a private cabin area. The grocery store is only 9 min away. And Gatlinburg is also 9 min away. We went for hking and it was wonderful to be close to get to do this. We are so thankful for the adorable comfortable private cabin.

Our cabin stay

The room looked amazing however the grass was waist high so kids couldn’t play outside there was a tick on my husband due to the high grass marijuana on table as we brought stuff in and set it down on floor by table! The home itself was lovely and nice very beautiful just wish we could have enjoyed the outside of it a bit more! Would of loved to use fire pit but the grass was about as high as the chairs, the driveway looked growed up looked more of a four wheeler trail upon arrival as we for there at 4:02 am driving 6 1/2 hours! Spoke with owner said the grass would be cut asap and never showed up!

Awesome for little kids

4 kids under 5. Plenty of room, loved the gaming/movie room. Hot tub was not working but the owners were responsive in trying to resolve. Maybe next time. Pretty steep driveway. Overall great!

Great Cabin

Do Not Travel Here During Winter

The driveway is very steep and with the incoming snow storm no precautions were taken to improve the accessibility of the cabin. We made it up the first night, then the driveway froze over and we slid down the hill into the intersection. So the rest of our stay I had to assist my pregnant wife up and down that steep hill whenever we needed to go anywhere. Also upon arrival we found a used diaper full of feces in the cabinet, during this time we also discovered all of the pipes were frozen so from 6pm Friday night to Sunday morning we couldn’t use the bathroom indoors, wash our hand in any of the sinks or take showers. This snow storm was apparent to everyone but I was assuming our host would’ve have taken better precautions as this trip was booked months in advance.

Cozy, quiet place close to Smoky Mtn Park and downtown Gatlinburg

Our family had an excellent time staying at this cabin. Steep driveway but excellent parking and turn around space. No trouble with bears. Can't really see your neighbors, very quiet neighborhood. Hot tub was perfect after all the hiking and the arcade games were a hit with my teens. Plenty of space to spread out. Very comfortable for a family of four. Little sparse on the kitchen supplies, but we were able to grill and still eat well! We loved our sray!We would stay here again if we evee

Cozy and Comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The owner was quick to respond to questions. The cabin was nicely decorated and comfortable. The fire pit and hot tub were a nice addition. I highly recommend this cabin for your next visit.

Perfect mountain cabin

This was a fabulous cabin that was nice and secluded but still close to town and tourist attractions. Cabin was clean, bed was comfy, hot tub was clean and ran great. Movie room was barely used as we were busy but definitely a nice addition. Checking in was easy, host was easy to contact and responded quickly. Would stay here again!

Good stay near the Smokies

Cabin was clean and good location outside of Gatlinburg. Clean hot tub and saw an occasional bear walk through the yard :) Advertised as having 3 king sized beds and twin bunk beds. Unfortunately, there are only 2 king sized beds and the bunk beds are not full length, therefore a teenager couldn’t lay with legs outstretched to sleep. Extra silverware would be helpful though equipped with most other standard kitchen needs, including plenty of dishwasher tablets and laundry pods. The arcade machine was a fun treat!

A Perfect Stay to Escape

This was our first blended family vacation and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Being out so far but close enough to both Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge was just the cherry on top. We loved having the peaceful nights where we could enjoy the hot tub, or sit on the porch to read a book. The beds were so comfortable and the space we had to relax with us all (6 total) was nice. Kids really enjoyed the movie room as well. We talked about renting again when we visit. If you like no noise, peace with a short drive to town, this is it. The only thing we ran into, which is no fault of the owners, was people who were touring driving up the road and awkwardly seeing us outside and hurrying to turn around. Maybe a No Trespassing sign would help but we didn’t let that ruin the time we had together. Thank you for such a nice and peaceful escape from our every day lives!

Great base location for Smoky Mountain Adventures

Located very close to so many opportunities… steep driveway common in the area (we got used to that in a day :) Nice outdoor amenities- grill fire ring, and hot tub after a lengthy day of hiking and rafting. Quiet! Nice space / open floor plan. Nice to have washer / dryer with day hikes or rafting trips. All appliances worked well. Coffee maker is filter-type (not pods type). Grocery available close by, too. Living room and pullout is one of the bedrooms. Our teens really enjoyed the “movie theater “ and figured out how to sleep on the bunks. Comfy furniture and beds. Bathrooms worked well; hotel size toiletries provided. Host is very responsive and professional - that was very appreciated…thank you!

Summer vacay

The property was nice but the floors looked liked they were mopped with nasty water and ruined our socks. Had to wear shoes inside the house. The description on vrbo said that it had 2 king beds in second bedroom which was misleading. Bunk beds were definitely smaller than a twin size bed. Faucet in bathtub was loose from the wall. We were not 100% happy with our stay.

Excellent property for small group

Property was spotless upon arrival, including the hot tub, and was well equipped. Great for small families or small groups, our daughter loved having a bunk room/movie theater to herself. Would definitely book again, without hesitation. Not a single true complaint. As a bit of a heads up, the property is relatively secluded and the drive up is somewhat steep.

Lovely Cabin with Everything you need!

This was our second time staying at this Cabin. We love that it has the hot tub, privacy, arcade games, and the movie theater. Prior to booking I had messaged the host to which took three days before I was given a response. A friend of mine had found the property on another site and had messaged them as well to how I finally got a response. This did worry me, with if anything were to go wrong what would my response time be once I got there? I decided to chance it anyways knowing how much we loved the cabin and booked. The cabin had everything we needed and was very clean except for the master bathroom. The toilet and shower were very visibly dirty and had been for some time. I was disappointed with that & shared pictures with the host to which he said he would refund only $20 of our $165 cleaning fee back to which we didn’t receive. Overall, I would rate this Cabin 4 out of 5 stars. With improved communication and some more TLC with the cleaning crew this could easily be a five star.
