Really nice hotel, nice being walkable to everything or near the free trolly. Pool, hot tubs were great, and we didn’t realize we were gonna have a slide. My daughter had a blast. Breakfast very good with a nice river view.

This is a very outdated hotel! The beds are very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The water pressure is very low so it takes longer than usual to shower. The breakfast is just ok and the sausage is terrible. The only positive thing about staying here is the location. Even though there are other hotels close to the strip that we have stayed at that’s much better.

The property should think about us, who paid for the stay, and not waste our money. They should also allow us to change the date if an emergency occurs. (Emergency = last minute. Not changes ahead of time; that's not an emergency.)

I liked the bed...very comfortable. I liked the breakfast!!! Yum! I did not like how the elevator window was filthy. The ceilings were outdated and dirty in the lobby. Poor first impressions. I did not like the smells of the hallways and in my room. Ick ...weird old moldy scents:( gross! I did not like the sticky spots on the carpet. I did not like the little kids running around the hallway at 7-8AM I did not like the Escape Room music on repeat from the building next door to my room. I did not like the phone not working properly. I did not like room service waking me up because she had the wrong room. I did not like having to ask for shampoo and soap.

And I was very not amazing just regular and if you stay here for more than 3 days they serve the exact thing every day just very disappointed at this from the property. The location is great the accommodations are satisfactory but old.
