Loved the waterpark and pools. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our children enjoyed swimming and playing in the game room. Great bar fully stocked and will make most anything you ask. Room was clean comfortable and decently stocked with necessities. Would definitely stay again. Close to pigeon forge and gatlinburg to spend the day either direction and easy access to avoid long traffic waits to get in.

Westgate

We had a wonderful time and everything worked. It is near the main road so you can hear traffic. It is conveniently located as you go into Gatlinburg, TN.

Clean, Convient, and Comfortable

The unit was very clean and a short walk to Resort facilities. The view was not what we had hoped. We had a couple of issues and one was resolved but the second was not. The resort staff was extremely nice and helpful. All and all in was a positive experience!
