不满意：清洁度
Not it’s cracked up to be
I waited to do this review to see if Chris would make the situation right. What I thought was going to be a great birthday experience was anything but that. My day started with a text from the Chris giving check in information in a timely manner. He seemed pleasant but I would soon find out it was all smoke and mirrors. Upon arrival I was met with a filthy cabin. No one had cleaned or inspected since the last guest were there. Every bed was unmade with dirty linen as if the guest had just gotten out of bed. There were soiled towels in wash cloths in each bathroom, no toilet tissue, dirty linen in the foyer and living room. Food was still in the refrigerator. I called to alert Chris of these horrible conditions and he stated that he would send someone to get this in order and for my troubles give a night free since later i would discover the young man would not leave until minutes before midnight. He also stated the cleaning fee would be refunded. I can tell you the cleaning of the cabin was the last word he kept despite my communication with him about continuing issues. The pool was ice cold and never warmed even though we were told it was fixed. ANTS WERE EVERYWHERE (counters, tables, bathrooms and even the beds: all of them, we tried switching). The refrigerator get moderately cold but the knob is broken to adjust. Several doors don’t lock. The tub in one of the downstairs bathrooms just twist but is broken. There is only one tub stopper so multiple guest could not enjoy.
