We found this place last minute as a previous plan fell through. It was in a convenient location but not too close to the party hub downtown. We had easy parking and the room was very clean

I was very disappointed in this property. I read all the reviews and thought it was going to be great. We really just needed a place to lay our head for the night. The cleaning solution smell was so strong it nearly made me sick. The bathroom was gross. The tub was disgusting. There were many areas with dirt built up in the corners. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. The pillows were horrible like sheets of paper and the mattresses were not good. I wanted it to be nice, but I just can’t say I would stay here ever again.

I liked the price. Be prepared to walk. There is a tram you can catch pretty close. It was clean and quite. Downtown Gatlinburg has gotten a bit too crowded for us. The boom super loud music drivers were obnoxious and disrespectful. Might visit again in off season.

Overall, I like the facility, and staff are always kind. However I think the towels are overdue for replacement. Some were torn and had stains on them, and I even found someone’s hair on them. I would recommend staying here for those who are looking to money.
