I’ll try to keep it short. I booked one night through the Expedia app. Upon checking in, the host knocked on my door aggressively, telling me I couldn’t stay with my service dog, Milky. She was extremely rude and insisted I leave the property.
Shortly after, the manager Patrick called me, saying I had to leave because I didn’t notify them in advance about the dog. However, nowhere during the booking process did it state that prior notice was required. I submitted all the proper documentation for my service animal, yet the general manager still called me questioning why my dog was a service animal — absolutely unacceptable and discriminatory.
In the end, we stayed, but the cabin itself was very disappointing. The bed was awful, the bathroom was dirty with a hole in the ceiling and hair all over the floor (check the photos). Also, they advertise breakfast, but don’t be fooled — it’s not included. All they offer is water, juice, and cereal — everything else must be purchased.
Avoid this place. Terrible experience.
