Great place to stay

Had a wonderful experience staying here. It was a nice relaxing vacation away from the tourist areas. Very easy to get to Gatlinburg. Will stay again.

We loved it!!!

This property is beautiful! Bedspread were dirty soiled body fluid on them shower is terrible !! Tub down stairs should be replaced jacuzzi didn’t work hard step over to take shower !!! Stairs going upstairs were a safety hazard !! Un safe for older couples

Don’t waste your time

Awful. The cabin definitely needs some updates. It was not clean at all. The floors looked like they hadn’t been touched. The fact the shower leaks upstairs ONTO the downstairs bed..ridiculous. That needs to be fixed. Shouldn’t even be able to rent the place out when the shower leaks onto the bed. Beds aren’t comfortable at all. Washer and dryer was out of service so who knows if the sheets got washed. The fire alarm batteries were bad so they beeped all the time. We left a night early and drove back home just because it was so awful. Terrible and really think I deserve my money back.

Quiet and Peaceful

Quiet stay in a cute cabin that is exactly as described. Small FYI… we went in the off season so it was a little bit of a drive to get to restaurants and such, but definitely worth it for the restful stay.

Pit stop paradise

We were really bummed we couldn’t hang out longer. The cabin was very cute and clean. I was nervous heading into a pet friendly but it was very well maintained. My only wish was that the laundry machine was open to guests.

Last minute weekend get-away

Great location

This is our second trip to this cabin. We love the location because it’s close enough to attractions and far enough away from the attractions to get some peace and quiet.

Family vacation

Decor is western and its a cute small cabin about 30m from Gatlinburg. Far enough from traffic, but close enough to the things we wanted to do. We didn't use the kitchen except fridge and microwave (which worked well), it is well equipped with pots, pans, and dishes if you do want to cook. Downstairs bathroom was nice, good shower pressure. We did not use the jacuzzi. Upstairs bathroom not great, not good pressure and very dark. Beds were good, pillows eh, overall nice, but downstairs one has some water damage. We enjoyed hang out in the sitting area in the evenings, very comfy and cozy. Their were some issues with upstairs bathroom when we got there, but Nick warned us before we checked in and he was able to resolve the issue next day. Communication was good. Overall experience was positive and we would stay here again.

VERY DISAPOINTED

very unhappy that anyone would rent a cabin with a water leak from the ceiling leaking on the bed and the problem was patched and not fixed. We were very upset and there was a smell we could not escape and we had to sleep and shower in the same bedroom and bath because we rented it for separate rooms so I do not feel at all that we had a good trip. the cabin was not cleaned well at all we could not walk on the floors without something on our feet. I have rented lots of cabins in Gatlinburg and I won't rent this one. Icant understand why someone would rent a cabin in this condition and expect you to have a good trip not a good trip for me and my childhood friend of 50 or more years very disappointed to say the least.

Very nice stay!

We had a few issues with leaks and finding old food and such, but the place was so relaxing and peaceful we didn’t care. The property manager was responsive. There is an amazing coffee shop next door, Doc’s Cafe right down the road and a straight shot into town. For how quiet it was you would never guess how conveniently it’s located! The only thing missing was a hot tub!

Convenient

Upstairs shower leaks to downstairs bedroom and leaks on the bed, inconvenient.

The property is not like the picture. The fire pit wasn’t clean to use and there were leaves all over the place to have to walk through. The upstairs shower was not used due to the note that it leaks to the downstairs bedroom and drips on the bed. If the shower was fixed, it would be a lot more desirable to rent again to me, but I won’t be renting it again. The fire place is propane and went out for one day and had to wait for the next day for it to be fixed.

Could be great with just a little attention

Cute cabin with everything we needed. However, it could use a thorough cleaning. There's a smell that needs to be taken care of as well. Upstairs shower was not used due to warning that it could leak into downstairs bedroom. Repair of washer/dryer would be helpful.

Wasn’t horrible but not the best

It’s a really nice place when you pull up and when we walked in it was nice but the only thing it wasn’t very clean. There was poop on the back of the toilet seat, and black mold in the up stairs, as well as food on the dishes that wasn’t washed right. The washer and dryer didn’t work so had to go to the laundry mat.

DIRTY!!!!

Place was filthy, oven had remains of many cook overs, A/C units very dirty. A towel on top of the cupboards to catch water from A/C covered with bugs. Black mold in both showers, water handle in downstairs tub duct taped in the place.

The perfect cabin

Peaceful location and just off the main road for the ultimate in privacy. The cabin was picture perfect, cozy and very clean. Would recommend this to anyone.

The location is good

Hi I have hesitated to do this review because I hate to say anything negative about the rentals we stay in however I can say the location was good and it's very quiet. I think the housecleaner needs a new job. I found the service areas were ok and the floor was swept/vacuumed. The bathrooms I went over again but I did refuse to clean the unmentionable stuff that was on the wall in the upstairs bath without gloves. There is a definite problem with people doing dishes, I had to wash every dish in the cabinet because I kept taking out things with food still on them. I had to wipe out the microwave also. I also saw in the pan cabinet several dead and live bugs. The other problem is in the master bedroom , there is a smell in there that I could not figure out where it was coming from. The covers on the bed smelled of disuse and felt yucky. My mother-in-law, 93, was supposed to sleep in there but slept on the couch without telling us until midweek. She then refused to sleep on the bed without her own blankets. The place is really cute and I wouldn't hesitate to stay if I knew it was clean. We rent a lot and have never had this kind of issue.
