Only 10-15 minutes to Biloxi casinos, golf, outdoor water sports, beaches, fishing and numerous seafood restaurants. Quiet area on deadend street to Gulf within 500 feet, a short walk to view the Gulf. Catch fish or blue crabs in backyard. (Baskets/traps provided). Launch your kayak or canoe in backyard. Less than 1/4 mile from back yard to Gulf open water or explore the bayous. Sleeps 8 comfortably, new appliances, furniture, new pergola, 10x10 concrete dog kennel and outdoor furniture. Beautiful tropical landscaped yard complete with cascading waterfall. $175.00/nt standard rate or $1100.00 discounted weekly rate. Monthly discount available too.

Summer getaway

Jan’s house was well equipped with so many amenities including an office desk to work at. The wildlife was enjoyable to see in the backyard and the neighborhood was quiet. There were plenty of nearby beaches to explore and great restaurants. It was just what my husband I needed to relax and explore the surroundings.

getaway on the gulf

We stayed here for over a month. Great neighborhood and very quiet. About 150 yards from the Gulf with a small channel in the backyard. Great for bird watching. The stove was an upscale gas model making meal prep a breeze. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if in the area.

Loved the Tropical Oasis

We loved staying at the Tropical Oasis! Booking was a breeze & communicating with Mrs J was easy. She’s so nice! We arrived on a cold rainy day and Mrs J had the fire place on when we arrived. It was so warm & cozy. The place was clean and smelled very good. A lot of thought & heart went into the decorating as it was beautifully done. The home was supplied with everything we needed! We enjoyed the outdoor atmosphere as well. We caught fish & crabs & were able to clean them and enjoy a big fish fry. There was a very nice spot to park our boat. Sitting on the deck & enjoying the bayou was relaxing & fun too.. The location is great, close to all the surrounding cities & attractions. We’d love to stay here again. ❤️ 🎣 ☀️ 🚤 🦀 🐟 🥰

Tropical Oasis is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with attractions only a short drive away. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching the river change according to the tide. This is a nice place to retreat to and relax.

Best weekend!

The property was exactly as listed. Owner was nice & communicated easily with her. The house is clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved the outside just as much as the inside. This was a perfect place for us to stay for a family wedding that was at "The Old Place" in Gautier. The property was extremely clean, safe, quiet and very peaceful. It has everything you need! Loved the deck and all the beautiful landscaping the owner has worked very hard on. Great place, wish I lived there!

When I say GEM, I mean Going the Extra Mile… I love this place, the owner greets you upon arrival and always available whenever you need her. This is my second time and the stay only gets better each time. Very nice neighborhood and it’s very quiet. My boys loved it especially the backyard and have an amazing going down there by the water area… well most definitely will be staying there again…
