“Lovely property with friendly and helpful reception staff at the SG Costa down the road. Pool was quiet and a great addition to the property. We came to stay for the kids to attend the Andres Gimeno tennis academy and this location was walkable, in a lovely area and very close to the beach.”

“Overall, a pleasant stay with a great beachfront location and a relaxing atmosphere. The shower in our room was excellent, modern and refreshing after long beach days. However, the room door was very close to the neighboring one, and we could clearly hear people passing by or entering their rooms, which was quite distracting at times. Aside from that, the experience was enjoyable and the staff were friendly.”

“I enjoyed my stay so much I have gifted another stay to a good friend! It is quiet, comfortable and very clean. I was extremely impressed by how well everything works via keypad air conditioning, shades, lighting, etc. Great shower with hand-held. Coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and especially washing machine all work great! Taxi or Uber come within minutes. Great food and friendly people at Tibu-Ron beach bar right across the boardwalk. Great people watching. I will ALWAYS stay at Apartamentos……

“雖然看起來是有些遠離市區(需要差不多半小時的火車）,但是門前就有巴士站，去機場及其他地方都非常方便。酒店職員態度友善, 提供旅遊資訊非常有用。早餐簡單而豐富,房間也非常整潔。”

“给了我一个最旁边的房间，浴室没有热水，已经超过晚上12:00，也不愿意先给我换房间休息，前后花了超过一个小时才修理完毕，而且据说全酒店只有这一个房间热水出问题。工作人员表示，晚上只有一位工作人员，他要负责前台又要负责整间酒店所发生的所有事情根本没有帮手，效率非常差。第二天早上又是没有热水，洗手台都是冷水，后来淋浴才有热水。浴缸下水非常的慢。房间有蚊子还有小飞蛾。早餐面包机不能使用，只有吐司机。酒店看起来似乎装修好，但是內部人员管理非常需要改进。酒店除了人員口頭表示歉意，並未做出任何賠償以及補償的方式。”

“距離機場很近，方便搭飛機的旅客，員工素質超高。我們坐遊輪早上下船，辦理入住的美麗小姐，讓我們提前入住，真的很貼心。有機會我們還會再次入住，並推薦給親友們。”

“My Wife and I spent 6 nights at this lovely hotel, the room was spotless, cleaned every day and towels changed too plus free water left in the fridge. Staff very helpful and friendly especially Erik on reception. Sea view rooms are amazing with free use of towels for pool and beach !! The only slightly disappointing thing was the lack of choice in the hotel restaurant but not a big isdue as numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.”
