“给了我一个最旁边的房间，浴室没有热水，已经超过晚上12:00，也不愿意先给我换房间休息，前后花了超过一个小时才修理完毕，而且据说全酒店只有这一个房间热水出问题。工作人员表示，晚上只有一位工作人员，他要负责前台又要负责整间酒店所发生的所有事情根本没有帮手，效率非常差。第二天早上又是没有热水，洗手台都是冷水，后来淋浴才有热水。浴缸下水非常的慢。房间有蚊子还有小飞蛾。早餐面包机不能使用，只有吐司机。酒店看起来似乎装修好，但是內部人员管理非常需要改进。酒店除了人員口頭表示歉意，並未做出任何賠償以及補償的方式。”

“不知道是歐洲人做事速度慢還是怎樣，叫房間服務會等上20分鐘，切還搞錯。離開拿行李時，人員拿出來等了快10幾分鐘，計程車都到了，行李還沒出來。其他方面都很滿意，特別是咖啡廳的可頌跟咖啡非常好吃，非常值得去試。”

“Reception mostly closed but if you speak with them they are friendly. Quick response by phone . Very nice appartment, we were in nr 37 on the corner and had a great view. The appartment is new and we had a great time. Good beds, nice shower and livingroom.The sea and restaurants nearby and with train and bus to Barcelona is about 45 minutes (estacion Sants)”

“Wunderschöne Lage mit toller Sicht aufs Meer. Tolle Strandpromenade zum flanieren, joggen, Radfahren usw. Leider liegt die Gegend in der Anflugschneise des Flughafens und es herrscht reger Flugverkehr.”
