The "Colle Il Diaccino" complex was planned and designed by the owners themselves. A separate concept for living in a holiday home was realized. In connection with the climate, architecture should help to separate from everyday life more easily and to find oneself in another world. Light and colors, the connection between inside and outside, materials (natural stone, wood, fabrics) and the integration of art play an important role. Architecture, climate and landscape create a framework in which the guest can enjoy the holiday region of Maremma and southern Tuscany in a relaxed and stimulating way. The large garden area also contributes to this, which offers the full variety of the typical Tuscan landscape such as cypresses, pines, olives, stone and cork oaks, oleanders and much more.
About the Caldana apartment:
The apartment on the upper floor is highly valued by many guests for its overwhelming view, which they can enjoy from the large balcony with outdoor sofa, large dining area and loungers. Inside, it is characterized by an enormous room height and therefore room volume (ridge height over 4m), great brightness and fresh colors of furnishings and art.
