“We came for a couple of hockey games and loved staying at this beautiful, cozy farmhouse. The hosts were welcoming and communicative, including recommending local restaurants. The beds are so soft and Lisa’s decorating makes you feel right at home. We had gorgeous fall weather so we spent a lot of time out on the deck with our morning coffee. The kitchen had what we needed and our hosts even left some welcoming snacks and great coffee. It is peaceful and quiet, yet only 15 minutes from downtown.……

“Better than the pictures!! I stayed and hosted a full day meeting with my work Team! It was an amazingly, comfortable and productive day! Each had their own recliner, space to plug in and have a fully engaged creative day planning our work for the year ahead! Plenty of counter space for snacks, we had lunch delivered (thanks to our awesome host for the suggestions) and sit down for a meal at the dining table with incredibly comfortable chairs. “A charming house, very comfortable and relaxing. Adequately outfitted without being cluttered- a very calming and welcoming environment. And incredibly bright and clean.Our beds were comfy, the kitchen had what we needed, and the kids had a great time playing foosball in the basement and monopoly in the living room. The location was great- a block off the main drag, lots of shops, food, and parks within walking distance. We had a wonderful weekend stay in the Craftsman Cottage :) ”

“Very much enjoyed our stay, perfect spot for experiencing New Ulm. Only feed back would be maybe some more seating for a living room/hangout area, and a bigger TV. We had some bad weather so we spent some of the day in the unit, a loveseat/couch may have been nice.Overall though, would totally recommend this spot to somebody visiting New Ulm. Loved being right in downtown, we could walk pretty much everywhere, we loved it our visit and will be back.”

“Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. We missed out on sitting at the patio or balcony due to rain. The layout worked well that my sister "owned" the lower floor and I "owned" the upper bedroom with the TV. We each had our own bathrooms and privacy. We had a great time playing Yahtzee on the table!!!! ”
