“I had recently moved my 91 dad from PA to Maine after my mom passed. My sister and dad’s side of the family are still there in Chester county. We chose the Tiny apartment to be close to family. With my dad being older I was worried about late night bathroom runs to the bathroom. He stayed on the sofa bed. It was very comfortable for him. The place was perfect size for us. “Owner is responsive. Loft was clean and comfortable. If you have more than one vehicle, parking may be an issue. We only needed to park an extra vehicle overnight so we were able to use the street parking - not sure about daytime rules. ”
