“The hotel staff habe made claims the credit card machines have issues and have taken my card and made numerous transactions. The hotel is dubious. Tourists should beware. My bank has been notified ”

“It's located in a pretty safe area of Palembang, close to many things one might one to visit. There's a souvenir shop downstairs and McDonald's as well. My main problem was room service. Staff doesn't speak English, so whenever you pay for something, you'll never get to see your change back because I think they assume it's a tip, so they always just keep the change... It was pretty strange.”

“Not so good. The air-con was not cold from 1st day. Wardrobe sliding door difficult to open. Soap dispenser faulty. However, the staff were excellent especially during breakfast.”
