The only problem we had is nobody answered the phone when I tried to call ahead of time to ask about parking and check in. I tried several times in the days leading up to our stay. Schnelle Kommunikation, sehr freundliche Auskunft (zB hat Peter uns gleich zwei Karten geholt als wir anmerkten, dass unsere Karte relativ untauglich sei - so haben wir herrliche Wanderwege lokalisieren können).
