“Our stay in this Stresa apartment was delightful. Gabriella greeted us personally, and was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the quiet, relatively remote location (uphill away from the city center), and also access to a beautiful trail to the town that kept us from having to walk on the narrow, curvy roads. We couldn't get enough of the view from the sitting room and wraparound deck. Of the three rentals we had on our trip, this was our favorite.”

“Schönes, stilvolles Haus - aber leider nicht gut erhalten (bspw Toilettenspülung teils defekt, Klopapierhalter fiel ab). Service war, obwohl sehr bemüht und sehr nett, nicht gut - bspw war Frühstück, welches für 8h bestellt war, teils erst 30min später bereit - und wurde mit schlechten Ausreden begründet (bspw „Dienstags ist es schwer, Brot zu kriegen“).”

“Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im schönen Ferienhaus in Trarego. Es war noch schöner als wir uns vorgestellt hatten, super eingerichtet, alles was wir wünschten war vorhanden. Wir haben gut und tief geschlafen. Es ist absolut ruhig und die Betten gut. Unsere Gastgeberin Alessandra war immer erreichbar, hat uns die Heizung eingeschaltet als es kühl wurde. “Von Anfang bis Ende einfach nur top!! Man fühlt sich als wäre man weit weg in den Ferien...Hervorheben möchten wir die freundlichen Mitarbeitenden des Hapimag Ascona. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und die Spiele die man ausleihen durften. Ausserdem gibt es einen Spielplatz und eine kleine Kinderclubhütte beim Spielpi - soo süss!! Wir sind wirklich begeistert vom Hapimag Resort in Ascona! Top top top! The hotel ruins my impression about Wyndham Group
"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they

"I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful."
