“Despite a mishap during check in, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. The location is great, walkable to a variety shopping, dining and entertainment areas! “everything was great , the wifi was intermittent, which was a bit of an inconvenience with having kids with us , more clarity on the pool useage would have been better kids didnt get enough pool time , booking pool time is not noted in the booking process , so that was a big issue with the kids and not open monday was a big issue being our last day there and not knowing childeren were very upset about that bad news so that should be transparent in the booking ad . fix the pool rules , ……

"This is not my 1 first time staying in this hotel. Compared with previous experience, some areas had been improved such as the check-in/out process. Next to Newport mall. With a convenience store and fast food shop on the ground floor. However, the WiFi network (speed) and the choice of breakfast are still my concerns. Slow and less choices. Hope they can improve."
