“Hotel was nice and staff was friendly. Room was very clean. Shuttle to the airport was easy to set up and instructions were clear. However, getting back to the hotel was more difficult because we were not provided a number to call once we landed. We called the hotel’s front desk and they gave us the number of the shuttle driver. We called 3x and nobody answered. We called the hotel back and the receptionist said she would get in touch with the driver for us. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes……

“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“Check in was pretty bad. There was one person at the front desk and she didn't know how to check someone in with a third party booking. After driving for 7 hours, the last thing I wanted to do was wait another 15 minutes for someone to show up and check me in. No toilet paper on the holder in the bathroom, body wash was empty. ”
