"Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms with updates throughout the entire hotel. One of our favorite places to stay when we’re in Geneva. Extremely clean. Restaurant (Horizons) had an excellent dinner. Bed and pillows could be a tiny bit more comfortable but they’re “ok”. One MAJOR disappointment ..."
