“這是特色旅宿，相對這點來說我很滿意，但是在我退房的時候，旅館居然要求我再付一次我已經在線上付清的住宿費，這對一間五星級旅館來說，我認為不應該發生”

“绿象酒店是一家不错的酒店，酒店环境优美，餐厅通透明亮，穿过一片小花园就是我们住宿的地方，不好的地方是男女混住，没有女生单独宿舍。14个人在一个大房间，空间也很宽敞。但是睡在我上铺的男士的鼾声还是令我不安，还好只有一晚。”

“Staff answered all questions. One BIG problem… I booked it through Expedia in February…. It was on my Credit card statement which I paid. I was billed again at the hotel and now I have pending charges in my bill substantially greater than what I already paid following the booking. ”

Despite our very real concerns about potential traffic noise disrupting our sleep, we were dismissively assured that nighttime traffic was not an issue. Adding to our disappointment, we were told that, due to full occupancy, they couldn't switch us to a quieter room with a different……

“The hotel was clean. The service was super friendly. We did not use the breakfast or dinner because of the many possibilities in the area itself. You can also do a lot in the area. We did the historical walking route as well as the art route. You are close to the shopping street.”
