“Excelente atención de Roberto el anfitrión y muy bueno el lugar para conocer la ciudad histórica, cerca de todo. Solo tener en cuenta que son dos pisos por escalera, no apto para gente con movilidad reducida.”

“This is a great place to stay: welcoming, very clean, everything you’d expect to be provided is there. The views from the window (20th floor) of Genoa and the surrounding hills are fantastic. It’s close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants and only 2 minutes walk from the House of Christopher Columbus. The biggest plus of all is Andrea, the owner who will greet you and make sure everything works smoothly for you.”

“I would have given it 5 stars because of the kind owner, however my last night was ruined by very inconsiderate and loud guests; they were up and chatting boisterously until after midnight! I ended up restless and not ready for my trip the following day. I’m guessing it’s with the nature of the building with no sound proofing installed, so I hope there were signages everywhere to be respectful to other guests given this status.”

“Arrivée à 14h avons du payer 20euros car arrivée prévue par hôtelier 15h. Paiement taxe séjour 3 fois. A l'intérieur appartement pas de micro ondes, de four de poêle ou de faitout. Bidet bouché, chambranle porte cassé. Avantages appartement bien situé en ville, garage pour le véhicule sécurisé, présence de deux salles de bains. ”

“We had a lovely stay at this flat close to a lot of attractions. Food shop close enough & choice for self catering and flat had enough pans plates glasses etc. We were met by the owners Father who was a lovely man, who helped me with my case and showed us where everything was. It was perfect for our 4 night stay with 2 teenage boys.”

“Was greeted by our lovely host who was very helpful. We originally booked for 3 nights, then I added another night. The day before our checkout, our flight was rebooked due to a hurricane in the US. I messaged our host and she graciously let us stay another night. We enjoyed our stay. Apt. is close to the train station, ATM machine and plenty of restaurants, pizzeria's, cafés and bakeries. Apt. accommodated my family of 5 nicely. Apt. is very spacious. The only downfall is the stairs, 4……

“Appartenento molto carino ed accogliente. Molto pulito e vicinissimo a molti punti di interesse. Ci ha fatto piacere trovare anche le capsule per farci il caffè e una tisana. Giacomo è stato molto gentile e disponibile tramite whatsapp nel aiutarci per qualsiasi informazione o esigenza. Parcheggio a pagamento a un prezzo ragionevole sotto casa.Consiglio questo appartamento :)”
