不满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
Host did not provide check-in information and didn't show up. Host contact phone is just a voice mail, and no return call from host. Contacted Vrbo when we need to check-in, and Vrbo could not find the host, and told us to find another accommodation. Dragging 6 pieces of luggage in the sun at 34 degree Celsius, it took us 5 hours to find another hotel and spent much more. Expedia and Vrbo had not respond to my request to refund and and pay my accommodation. This is absolutely unacceptable.
