“We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was perfect for our family—beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The large dock was ideal for relaxing by the water, and the outdoor showers were a big hit with the kids (they didn’t want to shower inside after trying them!). Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, making our trip seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway.”

“My husband and I are in Exuma very often and stay at a lot of rentals! Exuma on the Rocks was incredible! Spacious and clean and in the perfect location! Loved that the home was located in the beautiful gated community of February Point! Sharon was so kind and easy to get in touch with if we needed anything! Highly recommend! “We loved our stay at Summitt Exuma! The house and view of the ocean were amazing. My family enjoyed using the pool, overlooking the ocean, playing pool and using the snorkeling gear. The kitchen, filtered water, and ice maker were all a bonus as well. The grand piano was a joy to play too!Nicky was kind enough to introduce us to a great boat tour as well. The trip exceeded our already high standards expectations. We are very much hoping to be back!”

“Mom and I started our trip here for our Mother’s Day getaway. Beautiful views and water from the beach or restaurant/bar next door. We were in one of the upper apartments. No view of the beach or water due to the mature palm trees. Apartment is basic - minimal accommodations (like wash any dishes & fill the coffee pot from small bathroom sink) for those looking for a great value and basic accommodations. The only mirror is in the bathroom and you need to be tall. I’m 5’5” and mom is a bit……

“Right on the beach in a quiet part of the island. It's a family-run resort, and Betty, Margaret, and Amos made us feel welcome and at home. You can snorkel and kayak right off the beach. If you, like me and my wife, are happy to accept rustic facilities in exchange for a great price, a fantastic location, and a quiet friendly family-run atmosphere, this is the place for you. We had a rental car, and I highly recommend that for a stay of longer than a few days.”
