“We stayed here the third week of August, which is considered slow season on the island. The complex was quiet, with just a few other guests around besides our group. The 3-bedroom apartment was spacious and well equipped, especially the kitchen, we did plenty of cooking to save on dining out. Having a washer and dryer on site was also a big plus. The location is very convenient, with restaurants, a liquor store, and shops within walking distance. We also discovered a nearby pathway that leads……

“We absolutely loved the Grandview Condos! We were a little leery about staying in a condo community vs a known resort like the Ritz or Marriott, but we are so glad we did! Location was perfect - central to any excursion, easy to get in and out, and close to all the food and shopping. Our unit in particular was awesome! It was upscale, clean, had all the amenities you could want, and we felt so at home. The condo complex had a great pool, hot tub, and was of course right on the beach! Could not……

“What an amazing trip we had to the Cayman Island! Condo was virtually right in the middle, so made exploring the island easy. I don't think I have ever been so close to the beach/ocean, literally steps as described in the listing. As others said in earlier reviews this year, water would have been better enjoyed without the sargassum, as it distorted the beauty of the water. However, did keep us from getting in and the water temp was amazing. Pool so close to the beach as well. Wasn't crowded at……

“Very accomadating, everything that you need for a week stay”

“We had a great time here at Joes place! The condo has a gorgeous oceanfront view and the beach is well taken care of as well as the pool and swim up bar. I will say that it is recommended to rent a car as the resort that used to be Margaritaville is abandoned (bought by the Hyatt to be opened in 2028) so there isn’t a convenience store near by, so you will need a taxi or a rented car to get around. We had a great time and will definitely come back!”
