“My husband and I stayed here for a metal fest 5/23-5/26. It was comfortable, quiet and cozy. Perfect after a long day/night of loud music! ! The property is beautiful and is walking distance to the water. It was fun to watch the chickens peck around the property in the back haha!! We enjoyed our stay here and will absolutely book again for our next MDF trip next year!!! ”

“This property was perfect! Host was very communicative and quick to respond to even the simplest of questions. Entry was a breeze, and air-conditioning unit worked to keep it cool even in 90° weather. I had everything I needed to be comfortable. Plenty of space to work out, sit and eat my meals, get some work done, and also do laundry before leaving. They have supplied so many basic needs as well. Coffee, toiletries, bottled water, etc… I walked the neighborhood for a few miles, and did not run……

“We stayed here for Memorial weekend and the location was perfect for watching the Tea Party Parade! The property is directly across the street from Evergrain which is perfect for coffee and baked goods. Shopping was within walking distance which was so convenient. Beds were very comfortable and the place was really clean. We will definitely stay here again!”

“Old house with character and some updates have been completed but needs a bit more. Outside light on porch was hanging off and rusted, wicker chair falling apart, driveway needs to be marked better, black out curtains or better blinds would benefit if one was wanting to block out the sunlight to sleep in, some more decor would make the rental more welcoming, side porch is quaint but it was dirty while wires were close by, lots of steps to consider if you are older or have small children, very……

“This lovely apartment was spacious, clean and oh so comfy! Jackie is the perfect host and an amazing person! The special gifts that she left for us that made the stay even more special. The fresh eggs from her chickens were the best!! My only comment would be that the post on VRBO did not make it clear that this apartment was part of a larger home where the hosts live. Was a bit confusing to us upon arrival. Otherwise, would go back there in a heartbeat! Thanks, Jackie!”
