“We were able to WALK everywhere from here. All down Frankfort to grea t pubs, restaurants anything you need. We walked over to Baxter Ave. Again great neighborhood- Safely walk anytime without worry. We also walked to NULU Market downtown. Safe trip about 1.4 mile trip. Great energy. ”

“Nicely renovated Victorian. Clean and neat with all necessary conveniences. Quiet neighborhood in convenient location. As others have mentioned the neighborhood seems safe enough but is a little run down. We didn’t walk around the neighborhood but that was due to a busy schedule not the area. There is noise from the highway but that didn’t affect sleeping. There is a white noise machine in the master bedroom if needed. The host, Matt, was very quick to respond to any needs. ”

“This house is a beautiful historical home. The home is older so there are a few things that remind you of that but its definitely a great stay. There's plenty of parking nearby, the garage is convenient, and everything's within a 15 minute drive max. ”

“Fun and cool space but you have to remember it’s above a bar. That was really fun for us but might not be for all. It’s loud until 2am but didn’t bother us. Had some issues with the code and the host was super responsive and helpful. ”

“Loved it!!! Clean and spacious. Great location. Only negative …. Very loud and noisy on street at night (Friday and Saturday). People being very loud and lots of traffic. A lot of hustle and bustle during night hours as pizza place across from unit open until 5:00 a.m. Also, be aware, there are stairs to get up to this second floor unit. Important to know!!We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!! ”
