“The bath water in the bathroom is not hot, and after communicating with the front desk, it is still not solved. The sound of the alarm kept going noise at night until three o 'clock in the morning, so that people could not sleep, it was really bad, the hotel staff knew about it, no one to solve it, almost the whole building heard it. “This was my second stay at Grand Coastal and I’ll definitely return. The staff were friendly and professional. Communicating with staff, prior to my arrival and during my stay, was excellent. Cleanliness of the facility was impressive. All staff were courteous and very helpful; Romel, Visham, David, Cheryl, Ryan, Ferguson were exceptional. The food was delicious and I gained a few pounds. The only amenity missing was the gym. I would encourage the owner to replace the gym which was at this……
