The bath water in the bathroom is not hot, and after communicating with the front desk, it is still not solved. The sound of the alarm kept going noise at night until three o 'clock in the morning, so that people could not sleep, it was really bad, the hotel staff knew about it, no one to solve it, almost the whole building heard it. Having to catch a plane at 5am and not being able to sleep is a terrible experience!

I like that it has a very nice pool but it had a lot of algae growing on the tiles. Don’t like that when it rains there’s a lot of leakage everywhere you can slip and fall.

Front desks does not answer the phones. Called several times before checking in no one answers. Tried to Make a reservation for the teppanyaki it was a push around and still no seating after trying for two days. Bathrooms downstairs are dirty by the dining area. Fortunately The poolside staff is excellent, they’re really nice people .

I had a fantastic experience at the Ramada Hotel in Georgetown, Guyana. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was warm and welcoming. The hotel is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained, from the spotless rooms to the peaceful landscape and surroundings. One of the highlights was the 24/7 poolside dining, which made my stay feel relaxed and convenient. The ice machine worked perfectly, and security was always present, giving me peace of mind. Taxis were readily available, and I loved that there were local food spots, a nearby mall, and even a Halal KFC just around the corner. The complimentary breakfast was a real treat, fresh, well-prepared, and offered a nice variety to start the day right. The only issue I faced was that they couldn’t process my American Express card, which I use everywhere else. I hope next time it won't be a problem. Overall, it's a great hotel with a great location, very close to the new Demerara Bridge. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Georgetown. Keep up the great work!

Easy to get Georgetown and to the airport. Concierge and security services top notch. I felt very safe. As a matter of fact, I forgot to close the safety deposit box and was gone all day. I panicked when I returned and saw the safe open. Nothing was taken.

Firstly, the bathroom wasn’t clean as I enter the apartment, you can smell the urine. The shower was dirty and the faucet for the sink had toothpaste stains. The balcony was so dirty, had had green stuff growing (I call it Kai). The cleaning staff didn’t clean for 2 days, when they finally clean, they never replaced the towels. When I called and requested for 4 towels, they send only 2 and then argued with me. This is the worst hotel ever.

Check in was very poor I took more thatn 2 hrs before I get checked in because of inexperienced staff. I had to changed my rooms 3 times before having a clean rooms with all the locks working. I ask for some extra dry towels it was never given to me. The pools are not being clean on a daily basis. Over all I would Ramada hotel 6 out of a 10.
