Our check-in experience was prolonged because only two staff members spoke English, which created significant communication barriers with management.
The rooms were very clean and spacious. Room service was provided every day, and water was given daily as well.
Furthermore, their accounting process requires improvement, as nearly every guest was asked to pay again despite having already completed their payment. This suggests a greater emphasis on collecting money rather than providing a comfortable and seamless check-in experience for guests.
While breakfast was excellent, we found dinner at the restaurant to be disappointing due to the bland food.
