Windows on the Water

Embrace the Creek lifestyle. Situated on the mainland across the creek from the south end of Pawleys Island. From Hwy 17 drive approximately 2 miles through the woods that are protected by a conservation easement.

Enjoy beautiful sunrises and peaceful evenings from the screen porch, the side porch or from the comfort of the family room. Set among large live oak trees providing beauty and cool shade in the summer. Sip on a beverage of your choice while sitting on the dock and listening to the gentle sounds of the ocean. The beach is just a short boat or kayak ride across the creek.

An array of Resort Amenities include: 4 centrally located golf courses, an indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, tennis courts, fishing lake (fishing license required), business center, private beach access, wireless internet access, and Starbucks™.

Dog Friendly:
Dogs (no cats) are allowed. Pets are limited to two domestic, housebroken dogs unless otherwise advertised. There is a non-refundable $400.00 (plus tax) pet cleaning and spray fee that will be charged to each guest bringing a dog.

Beautiful spot

Lovely location on the Marsh where you can watch Egrets, herons, and birds from the peaceful screened porch. The house is large and comfortable. We had only one issue with all of the fire alarms going off and not being able to reach the manager.
