“Horses for courses really. Very highly rated by others - walkers and wine buffs, perhaps - but it wasn’t for us. The building is very attractive; the proprietor was very pleasant; the breakfast was good. The room was spacious & clean but badly thought out - e.g. amongst other things, power sockets for the bedside were behind the bed and inaccessible, the loo was situated below a very low, sharp point of the ceiling, the curtains served no purpose at all. We didn’t manage to get wi-fi at all in……

“Kamers waren netjes, sanitair was goed. Zeer goed ontbijt. Wijn proeverij met de eigenaar was fantastisch. ”

“Es war alles gemütlich und sauber nur die Türen sind schon uralt und man hört alles rumherum,wann die Nachbarn raus oder ins bad gehen....es stört .sonst ganz ruhige Umgebung!für die leute ,die gut zu fuss sind,weil die stadtkern und alle Restaurants sind nicht gleich um die Ecke. ”

“Nice family run hotel with helpful hosts. Enjoyed conversations over breakfast about the local area and things to do. Clean large room with view over the street. Free Riverside parking a short walk from the hotel. Nice alternative to staying directly in Cochem.”

“Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll gestaltet und die Besitzerin ist super lieb. Wor hatten ein Dreibettzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad, da wäre eine etwas stärkere Lüftung gut gewesen, da man das Bad nach dreimal duschen fast nicht mehr betreten konnte und sogar der Spiegel vor dem Bad mit anlief aber ansonsten war alles gut. Das Frühstück ist lecker und es gibt alles was man braucht. Restaurants in direkter Nähe gibt es wenig aber mit ca 30 Min fahrt findet man einiges.”

“Lugar tranquilo y agradable, atendido por sus dueños. Muy amables, todo estuvo muy correcto, habitacion amplia, cama king size. El desayuno es tipo buffet, riquisimo. Vistas al Mosel desde algunas ventanas. Muy recomendable!”
