“We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Takayama! The room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, featuring two large beds and a layout that separates the bedroom from the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet areas. This setup provided both comfort and privacy, making it feel more like a home than a hotel. The location was also excellent—within walking distance to a shopping mall that includes a supermarket, which was very convenient for picking up essentials. It’s not too far from railway……

“The smell in the house is awful everything smells like old mold and nothing is updated. Its very cold downstairs and hot upstairs. If you like smelly clothes and short to railroad this is it. Retro for some people but really paint is not that expensive and some updated heating and cooling would be nice.”

“My wife and I travelled to Takayama in December just because we saw this property. We were not disappointed. The property is beautiful in person and the scenic winter views in Takayama are simply magical. We highly recommend any body who is interested in the area to consider this property. The hosts have good English and are really helpful. My wife and I had an issue with our car getting bogged in the snow and they were really helpful. Very genuine people. We recommend if going to Takayama……
