“The reception team were great and responded to the requests we had. The gas hob in the kitchen wasn't working correctly, we managed it and chose not to move to another apartment shown to us as the one we had was bigger overall and had an oven which we wanted to use to cook meals. There was clothing in the washing machine and the room floor wasn't too clean - nothing major just lowered the overall standard of the hotel.”
