“There was zero communication from the property manager about where to go, when to arrive and so on. Attempts to reach them via the Vrbo messaging system yielded nothing. We ended up driving around the town, trying to figure out where we should start the tour, and we eventually had to book a stay in a local hotel and pay for a separate dhow cruise the next morning. I have requested a refund and, as expected, zero response. Awful experience! ”

“I stayed in a 2 Bedroom Apartment in Esra Hotels with my family. The stay was okay, but the price was high for a 2 star rated accommodation. Let me list out the negatives and the positives The negatives:- 1) High priced 2) Breakfast not included ! 3) The swimming pool is not temperature controlled. Not ideal during winter. 4) The pool changing room do not have lights. 5) The Apartment is slightly far away from the Town Centre. 6) No lift - A problem if you have heavy luggage and given a 1st……
