The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the outdoor grill. The gardens were immaculate. And the views! Assisi to one side, Spello to the other, and beautiful Bettona at sunset — breathtaking! “This property was amazing and fit our needs perfectly. We had 22 people and each group had their own area but we gathered daily in the main dining area. We grilled out, had a chef come and fix us dinner and several days of pit luck. Daily trips to the surrounding hilltop towns of Todi, Orvieto, Spello, Sienna, and Florence one day. You definitely need a car but that gave all of us options. We rented in Perugia and others chose to rent cars in Rome and Sorrento. The property is well maintained……

“We have stayed in many homes through Vrbo, and I can honestly say that this was one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed. The location is perfect if you want to explore the Umbria region. But this house is so great we could stayed and cooked and enjoyed ourselves just as much. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we were able to prepare a nice big dinner for all of us. “We’ve always wanted to experience the Italian way of life and spending a month in Todi was the ideal vacation. Away from the crowds, beautiful countryside, friendly people and comfortable living. This house gave us all that…it is an older house but we adjusted very quickly to the ebbs and flows of it. It had everything we needed and was very well maintained.Past reviews mentioned the hill to town, this is not to be underestimated, it’s a hike but you do get used to it and the bonus is you’ll be……
