“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Die Lage ist schön mit tollem Blick auf den Gardasee und über Limone. Die Küche ist mangelhaft ausgestattet. Es gibt 2 Platten aber nur große Töpfe, sodass man nur eine Platte nutzen kann. Weder Spüli, noch Lappen, noch Geschirrhandtuch gibt es.
Der Kühlschrank war erst nicht einschaltbar und hat dann alles gefroren trotz minimaler Stufe. Im Gemüsefach hat es geschimmelt.
Wifi gibt es nur bei der Rezeption.
Für Selbstversorger ist die Unterkunft nicht zu empfehlen!”

"Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff.
Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). "
