It is not close to Palermo downtown (need an hour train) but just 20 mins walk to a beautiful beach or just 5 mins walk to an average beach. "We spent a week in Philippe's beautiful villa - the views are exceptional, location is great and Philippe is the best host! Already looking forward to another stay. It was the perfect place for our family (we travelled with an infant and toddler). Can't recommend enough!"

"Staff was amazing. So communicative and helpful! They were able to get us transfers to the beach and had many recommendations. The breakfast was so yummy! Centrally located to so many great restaurants. Will definitely visit again!"
