“Very good for what it was, though you needed better instructions to open the door as the lock is fiddly, you need to mend the sink plug, check for a toilet roll being available (plus sufficient towels). A tray under cups and kettle will keep the are less vulnerable to spills, ditto mug mats as there is not a lot of space for them.
