“The facility was clean and comfortable. The food at the casino was amazing. I would give this place 5 stars, however we asked for a late checkout and we're told we could stay until noon. We were a bit later than that checking out as we had a lot of stuff we had sorted from paying to do laundry the night before. No one knocked on the door or told us otherwise, and when I called down to ask if they had a luggage cart, they told me they weren't aware we were still in the room and that they'd be……
