“Communication with property manager Merna was terrible. She would not provide the property address and the QR code, as she ignored our messages and tantalized us. We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. We felt disrespected from her rude treatment.”

“Complexe bien situé, à 5min en Uber du centre-ville d'Hurghada et en face d'Al Mamsha. Egalement proche de l'aéroport (10min à peine). Il dispose d'une belle grande piscine et est au calme. Les appartements sont très chouettes, récents et bien équipés. ”

“Sehr netter Vermieter der sich noch wirklich um seine Gäste kümmert. Das Haus ist Top aber etwas abseits des Geschehens. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man kann richtig gut am Pool enspannen. Zu Fuss erreicht man Downtown in etwas mehr als eine halbe Stunde. Oder man ruft nen TukTuk und ist innerhalb ein paar Minuten dort. Alle wichtigen Infos zum Haus und El Gouna bekommt man vom Vermieter vorab per Mail. Auf Wunsch regelt er auch den Transfer vom Flughafen. Gerne wieder. ”

“Logés en appartement dans le complexe hôtelier, grand appartement pour 6 personnes, bien équipé. Accès aux facilités de l'hôtel. Hôtel : grand, bcp de piscines (une seule chauffée l'hiver mais suffit car peu de monde). Un aquapark sympa (seul bémol il faut être en all incl pour y avoir accès gratuitement, ceci dit pas de control l'hiver mais eau hyper froide !). Gros point faible de l'hôtel : la nourriture. Buffet avec beaucoup de choix (chaque soir spécialité d'un pays, mais pas de spécialité……

“We had an enjoyable stay. The house was very large and private and generally in a quiet area apart from a few dogs which seem fairly common in most of Egypt. Owner-Really kind, helpful and great communication. On hand to help if any issues and responded to messages straight away.House- Generally very nice but slightly unfinished but again this seems to be very common everywhere in Egypt. We were able to cook in the kitchen but a few additional bowls, baking trays etc would have been useful.……
