“Staff at the hotel were very professional throughout our stay. Our room allocation was very good. Very comfortable and well serviced. Whilst the food at times could be a little repetitive we always found something we enjoyed. The speciality station were very good. The grounds and the beach of the hotel were excellent.”

“Sehr gutes All-inclusive Ressort in Makadi Bay, außerhalb von Hurghada. Bei Selbstbuchung unbedingt Transfer vom Flughafen vorab buchen. Taxi und Uber vom Flughafen nicht empfehlenswert. Sehr gutes, präsentes Management, das offen und sehr schnell auf Kritik und Anregungen reagiert. Eigenes Hausriff, sehr durchdacht angelegte Anlage mit Ruhezonen UND Partybereich mit Animation. Great night life at coconut club and few other places in downtown and Marina Zaytouna beach is few minutes boat ride free from the hotel too Hotel was clean, towels and beds were good overall. But the beach bar is terribly unfriendly for the food offer, only care about close, even require to have something before closing, a lot of excuses not to provide. Need to be enhanced especially for this leader or manager as he is too rude and not thinking to provide service to guest”

“We stayed at this hotel for the New Year , accommodation was a chalet , basic but clean . The beach area is well equipped with sun beds and canopies, possibly may be a bit overcrowded in peak times. daily food options were good with a moderate selection, The New Years gala was absolutely amazing, the staff were working so hard preparing for the event in the run up setting up the pool area , the array of food was out of this world ,like a banquet for a king.
