“İlk girişimizde odamızın manzarasını beğenmedik.resepsiyondaki Meryem hanım hemen yardımcı oldu güzel manzaralı ve fazladan bir yatak olan oda ayarladı. Otel yeni olduğu için odaları gayet ferah ve temiz. Otel personeli son derece güleryüzlü, sürekli bir şey ister misiniz diye soruyorlar. Odaların rutin temizliği çok iyi. Ailecek gelip tercih edebilirsiniz.Sahilinde kıyıdan biraz uzaklaşınca mercan kayalıklarında rengarenk balıkları gözleyebilirsiniz. Resepsiyondaki barı 24 saat hizmet veriyor.……

“去的時候剛好是齋戒月，櫃檯人員的臉很臭，態度也沒多好。到達時大概下午四點多房間都還沒整理好，光等入住手續就等了半小時。終於可以入住後換了一位貌似滿臉笑容的櫃檯的人帶我們到房間。介紹了一輪房間設備後，一直不願離去，原來是想要小費。說實在的，光是辦理入住等了那麼久一句道歉都沒有還要看櫃檯臭臉，實在很不想給小費。但他一直等也是很尷尬，給了還嫌少？真的是沒跟你要賠償就不錯了。 浴室裡的淋浴只有花灑沒有蓮蓬頭，水量又小有點難洗。水漬也沒有處理的很好。去沙灘的毛巾就是一人一條，要多的還不太行說飯店規定如此下不為例。沒看過哪家度假村是這樣的，但只要給出足夠的笑容還是有願意給你多一條毛巾的服務人員。 雖然這樣，但度假村整體來說是還不錯，可能因為是全新的所以都保持的還行。餐廳只吃了自助餐，因為要預訂的餐廳根本預約不到或是看起來就沒很好吃。但自助餐每天每餐都會也有變化，不太容易吃膩，選擇也很多味道也不錯，跳過牛肉就好。 雖然一開始入住的時候被櫃檯人員氣到，渡假的好心情全失。還好景色跟環境優美讓我很快就平復了。 ”

“Bel emplacement avec de nombreuses piscines (10 toboggans très amusants) et une plage propre et très grande. Les restaurants sont très corrects et le personnel égyptien se montre attentionné et à l'écoute (agréablement surpris). La salle de sports est complète. Les animations en soirée sont variées avec plusieurs thématiques (pool party, beach party, chanteuse...). Le gros point noir concerne les chambres (l'établissement a été racheté il y a quelques mois et est en cours de rénovation) qui……

“I was charged stuff from the refrigerator and I didn't even open that one so.....not great! The location of the hotel is excellent. Will be back but I will take a photo of the minibar just in case!!”

“Sehr gutes All-inclusive Ressort in Makadi Bay, außerhalb von Hurghada. Bei Selbstbuchung unbedingt Transfer vom Flughafen vorab buchen. Taxi und Uber vom Flughafen nicht empfehlenswert. Sehr gutes, präsentes Management, das offen und sehr schnell auf Kritik und Anregungen reagiert. Eigenes Hausriff, sehr durchdacht angelegte Anlage mit Ruhezonen UND Partybereich mit Animation. Essen deutlich hochwertiger als in anderen örtlichen Ressorts. Auch für anspruchsvollere Gäste gut geeignet. Klare……

“Amazing in the hotel environment and food, especially dinna with different theme everyday. But the beach bar is terribly unfriendly for the food offer, only care about close, even require to have something before closing, a lot of excuses not to provide. Need to be enhanced especially for this leader or manager as he is too rude and not thinking to provide service to guest”

“An interesting destination especially for kids with lots of activities to do (e.g. Aqua Parks, Amusement Parks, Wave Pool, Video Games, etc.) My only concern is that the amusement parks and video games are against extra charge.”

“Second time there. We enjoyed the room, the hospitality, the heated pool, the kids playground, and the food variety. The only downside was the kids club which didn’t do much activities. Overall, great place. ”
