Local Seafood Delights:
Some of Seattle’s best oysters are farmed in this area and available at Minter Oyster Company, less than a mile away. They also offer fresh crab, mussels, clams and shrimp for a seafood feast. Additionally, you can visit the Minter Creek Salmon & Fish Hatchery to learn about salmon conservation efforts.
Beach Access:
Access to the beach is just a three-minute walk from the house, at the front of the neighborhood, through a locked gate. (The key is provided at the house.)

Gig Harbor itself has lots to offer. Downtown, you'll find museums, art galleries, shopping, pizza, ice cream, burgers, fine dining, Heritage Distillery, breweries and watersports.
