“Most important fact to know about this place is that since there’s no employees on site, you’re pretty much stuck with your luggage until check in time. They say there’s luggage storage on the second floor, but it’s only 8 compartments; they’re first come, first serve. When we arrived, they were all in use so we had to wander around with our bags for almost 4 hours. Thankfully there’s a Mexican restaurant next door and a pizza place across the street. And you can access the rooftop - no views of……

“My boyfriend & I stayed in the studio apartment w/king bed. The only negative thing is there was no blackout blinds, so it was difficult to sleep past sun rise. I reached out to customer service & they were very accommodating & moved us to the unit with a bedroom where the wall is blocking the windows. The rest of our stay was great. Very clean and felt safe in the building. ”

“The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. ”
