The cozy studio suite is located in the heart of the Lake's region. It is across the street from Paugus Bay, which is on Lake Winnipesaukee in Laconia, NH. The studio has a courtyard view, a balcony, and no street noise. There is a King Bed and a full-size Murphy bed, a sofa, and a kitchen.

Centrally located near restaurants and shops. Short drive to Gunstock Ski Resort, Weirs Beach, Bank of NH Pavilion, downtown Meredith, Laconia Bike week, and near The Margate. Bordering towns are Gilford, Meredith, Belmont, and Sanbornton. This is the perfect getaway during ANY season.

The space comes complete with essentials and is ready for you to arrive and unwind! There is space for your boat, car, truck, motorcycle, or trailer in the parking lot.
