“Horrible run down two storey family bungalow. Everything was broken! Dangerous ledder to climb to the upper floor. stayed one night and it was the worst on our 2 month Bali trip. Wanted to leave the same day but the manager refused to refund the money so we were forced to stay. Luckily we only booked 1 night. “Amazing spot on Gili Air! Snorkelling right out the front and swam with 2 x massive turtles on my first day. We went for a private snorkelling trip which was also great, but never swam with turtles anywhere near as big as the ones out the front of Chillout Bungalows - plethora of wildly colouful fish everywhere out there as well (make sure you see BamBam next door to hire your mask/snorkel/flippers - the guy is a legend and looked out for us and helped however he could whenever we saw……
