“Listing description is accurate. Nicely outfitted with welcome treats, coffee pods, kitchen tools, and private parking. Your legs will be more toned after a few days on account of the stairs. Wisteria in the back garden was in bloom, lovely. Located right on the High Street so a short walk to all shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, etc. Supermarket was very close by for groceries. The house is set well back from the tree-lined road so it's quiet. Occasional noise of neighbours in their unit but……

“Although the accommodation is small it has everything you need and plenty of storage. We only used the kettle and toaster in the kitchenette but there was a hot plate and microwave too so we could have cooked if we wanted. The garden is a lovely place to sit and hidden from the road (cul de sac) by bushes. It’s not the sort of place you’d spend the whole day in due to its size but that is reflected in the price so it’s perfect for a short stay where one might be out for most of the day. However……

“I needed immediate help when the sat sav dumped me nearby & my host talked me all the way to the front door which was a huge relief. The accommodation is dated but I knew that from the photos it was very clean though & i was surprised to find all the essentials had ben left. I wasn’t expecting that so had brought it all with me. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was lovely & the washing machine was handy. The area was very noisy though as it is right in town above a bar & I was there at……

“From booking to actual stay it has been amazing! We came for a Hen Do and were not disappointed. 5 stars and even the beautiful photos don't do this house justice, it is stunning! All the girls had a fab time and with ubers and abbey wood station just down the road you can get into central London in 40 minutes. Petra is a superhost. Always replying quickly and no question was too much to ask. I truly hope we have the opportunity to come back and stay for even longer! ”
