“We enjoyed our one night stay the Courtyard Marriott. It was a busy weekend, but they handled the crowd well. Our check in was a little chaotic, but the team eventually got it all sorted out. My only negative was the complimentary coffee. The very small pot in the room wasn't enough for 4 people and there was nothing offered in the lobby. Coffee and water should always be available. I have never experienced that and it was a bit of a let down. We ended up purchasing from the lobby bistro, which……

“Excellent check-in. Staff were more than helpful and extremely courteous. However, the beds in our room were extremely low to the floor. My toilet at home stands taller. There is no ice machine on the first floor. One of the staff, Joy, was super happy to get us ice and delivered the ice to our room. Excellent service.”
