“The property is just as relaxing & quiet as promised with not one, but two perfect porches! Leenie thought of everything to make our stay perfect! From comfy beds (the sheets are amazing!), to extra ice & chilled water ready for us-to actually taking the time to call some local restaurants so that we would know if they were open when we arrived on Easter Sunday!The home has ceiling fans throughout, a big smart TV, comfy couches, stools, and chairs. “Great home! Plenty of room for everyone! We mostly stayed at the home on the balcony. We only ventured out and traveled to Jonesboro to view the eclipse. The balcony was the best place to relax. If we are ever in the area, we plan to stay at The Cedars again!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property. Spacious rooms and we all loved the big TV and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen had everything we needed. The deck was a great place to sit and relax with mother nature for company. Some personal touches and great response time from the owner made this a great place to stay. ”

“The highlight of this property is the deck and backyard. After that the pleasant surprise of snacks and little gifts from the host. Two grills, plenty of cookware, plates and silverware. Only negative is the bedrooms with the twin beds don’t have a/c. The rest of the bedrooms were ice cold. We put a blow up mattress in the sunroom (which had its own a/c and ceiling fan) and everyone was cool to cold in the heat of July. Minutes to USA Stadium and Kroger. We will be back!”

“Working in Marion. Wanted to stay somewhere close but didn't want to use motel. Good location, no elevator or parking lot, no people. Set on the porch and look at the farm. Only complaint is there's too many fees. With the fees required it's more than 2 hotel rooms.”

“We enjoyed our stay during my son’s baseball tournament at USA stadium. House is within 15 min drive to the stadium. Very roomy, well stocked, tvs and ceiling fans in bedrooms. Host was very nice and responded quickly.”
